We like to keep it simple—slow, intentional strength work, smart recovery to keep you strong for the long run.

Yes, you will need access to a gym (commercial or home) with a barbell, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, and maybe a sandbag or two.

Everyday Athlete utilizes 4 Strength Training Days a week to help keep you in top shape for whatever adventure comes up.

No, you don’t need to do all sessions, pick 3-4 each week at a day and time you can consistently show up.
Our advice? Be selfish about your workout time! This is about your long-term health.

All workouts are designed to be completed in roughly 60 minutes or less.

All workouts are delivered through the FITR Client app, where you’ll get detailed instructions, video demos, and tracking tools to monitor progress.
