Who is Coach Wes?
Coach Wes is the Founder of Libertas Fitness Programs who has dedicated is professional career to helping others build strength, resilience, and confidence so they can live an active life—free from pain and limitations. With over a decade of coaching experience and a deep understanding of movement and performance, he ensures that every athlete in our community gets the BEST possible training experience.
Growing up as a competitive swimmer, Wes developed a lifelong appreciation for the power of structured training. Through team workouts and lifting, he found passion, camaraderie, and discipline—values that now shape his coaching philosophy. After his competitive days ended, he shifted his focus to helping others achieve physical and mental freedom through exercise, guiding them to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best—no matter their sport or lifestyle.
Today, as the Founder of Libertas Fitness Programs, Coach Wes stays active across multiple disciplines, whether tackling a workout from one of the Libertas programs, carving through fresh powder on winter weekends, or spending the warmer months on the golf course.
Beyond training, he thrives on teaching and coaching but also finds joy in simple pleasures: cooking, traveling, movie nights, and a well-earned chocolate chip cookie. His Saturday morning cinnamon roll tradition? Non-negotiable.
